Terrible service. I'm a tourist and I went to pay a parking ticket at the bank, as indicated on the ticket. The woman sitting at the table to the right of the entrance told me I couldn't pay it there, but that I first had to contact the car rental company. Then I went to the bank in the Glerartorg shopping center (Arion Bank) and the staff there were very helpful and I was able to pay the ticket without any problems. It's clear they don't like to work at this bank.
