Disappointing to say the least. Could not get much sleep due to the ruckus created by the people drinking downstairs. They were at it till 4.30pm. The windows are not sound proof. Also the curtains in the room are porous. In summer months when daylight is all night there should be heavy dark curtains provided. Otherwise the apartment is well located, center of the city and well furnished. For me sleep is important and for that I give just 2 stars

We stayed here as a group, and I was given a small room. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The only light in the room was an extremely dim lamp in the middle of the ceiling. It was so dark that I had to use my phone flashlight just to find things in my suitcase. Without exaggeration, it was impossible to tell black from dark red or green under that light – and I have perfect vision with no color recognition issues. There were no shelves or hooks, only holes in the wall where they once had been. When I tried to charge my phone, I discovered that one outlet was high up by the door and the other was behind the bed – reachable only by moving the bed. The room was also very stuffy. I set the thermostat to the minimum, which helped a little, but the bar downstairs was very noisy from about 1 to 3 a.m. both nights, with people shouting and even racing cars outside. I tried closing the window, but then the room became unbearably hot, even though I usually feel cold easily. I ended up sleeping with the window open and no blanket, trying to ignore the noise. In the morning, I went to take a shower. The showerhead holder was broken, and there were no shelves or racks for toiletries – meaning everything had to be placed on the floor. The towel rack was directly opposite the shower, so towels got wet when hanging there. The hairdryer was half-melted, and when I tried to use it, it started smelling like burning plastic almost immediately. I stopped before finishing drying my hair. Lighting in general was very poor. The mirror light casts harsh shadows from above, making it impossible to do makeup properly. The second mirror by the entrance was lit from the side, but the lamp only shone on the wall. There was no mirror in the room itself. Laundry was possible, but the only place to put the drying rack was in the shared living room – meaning you have to dry your underwear in a common area. The bathroom door opens directly into the living/dining area, and the toilet is placed just slightly to the side of the door. A column in front offers some minimal privacy. The shared space was also very dimly lit, though the kitchen itself was fine – except there was no cutting board. Overall, the apartment could be much better with proper lighting, basic maintenance, and some attention to privacy and functionality.

Very nice place . Centre of the city however on the weekend you can hear people partying on the streets. Bathroom doesn’t have any soap/shampoo. No coffee or anything in the kitchen as well.

One of the nicest and most spacious places we stayed along our ring road tour. That being said, the bass from the bar went until 3am on Saturday night. I was able to sleep through it with white noise playing on my phone, but my husband could not. Sunday night was a quiet and good sleep. We were on the 4th floor. I can't imagine how loud it would be on any of the other floors. Had trouble with the front door as it needed to be shoved open. Took a couple dozen tries and a phone call to staff before we got it open. Overall we were very happy with the place. Just sucks that it's above a noisy bar. Having a dishwasher and access to laundry were major bonuses after having stayed in guesthouses for the week prior.

One of the nicest places we had to sleep on our trip at a great price! It was comfy and spacious. We cooked. It also has a great bathroom with laundry area which was so needed- they are so kind to include soap The beds are so comfy including the sofa bed. Everything works great. The only thing were the lamps which were too low in the bedrooms and we keep hitting our head. The apartment is very very grey. Great zone- you need to pay for parking from 10-16hr Highly recommended
