We went on a bus experience to askja, both the driver and the guide were friendly and well prepared, the trip was better than expected as we also stopped to visit a few places on our way to askja. Bathing in Viti crater was an unforgettable experience, just care the fact that there is not a path to get down there, and the way is slippery and steep. There was a problem with our booking and we had to pay twice, but we got a refund after contacting the agency about this problem. Make sure you get ready for a long road trip and no phone signal on the way!
We took the superjeep tour to Askja and it was an amazing experience! the vehicle was unreal, so big and comfortable and able to drive almost anywhere, lots of fun. The guide driver was very professional and knowledgeable and funny too. Totally recommend this business and excursion.
