I did visit this dentist office couple of times in range of ~4 months. The receptionist was every time rude person and have probably an issues to say hi, bye or make an eye contact with someone who is out of Iceland. I did not feel welcomed here and discriminated due to my language. Her first words are always “the doctor is on a vocation”. I do not want an urgent check as I understand dentist are busy, but only to make an appointment in the future, which seem to be very problematic to her. Thank you for my very first unpleasant experience since I moved to Akureyri. 🫶
