It took me, a very ordinary man, three quarters and one hour to pay for Rúv's Christmas greeting on the sites that Rapyd is registered for. The registration of the greeting is understandable, but when it comes to payment, incomprehensible delays occur, logins to the rúv club, server error (500), huge advertising garbage from Rapyd, a special confirmation page from Íslandsbanki and two demands for electronic ID on the way. To pay for a Christmas greeting!! Since old people are the most popular customers. This has both raised my pulse and blood pressure and was not a Christmas experience for me at seventy, I would probably have finally tried my ninety-year-old mother, but for her the greeting was sent. As Jón Helgason says: "With you there was neither help nor protection, comfort was a ring and a hug". Wake up computer people! Remember, not only the little birds, but the old people too. Overcharging and there's no customer service
How bad can 1 company become well rapyd most certainly can.. been trying to buy 2 tickets for my son on visa for small amount (10.000kr) and it tells it’s not possible please contact your bank.. uffff how pathetic!!
Beware this company. They stopped my shop without any notifications, just stop in one moment. By agreement they have to inform in time 10 working days before stop. And now they hold my money (8 500 EUR) and do not responce to any messages. Do not work with this service! Also If you have any dispute with a clients, they do not give any chance to provide prove of work. They just block money and send it back to client.
Horrible company and service, has a payment gateway from them that hasn't been working properly for 10 days....and they can't seem to find a solution. Second, it took them over a month to finalize the payment gateway agreement. Beware of them...they have caused me a lot of damage.
