Failed to notify and forward correspondence between us and the people we purchased our home from that was important for out case. Completely unacceptable and egregious. Forgot to send documents for notarization. 3 realtor changes in the space of a few months. Failure to respond to email from my partner concerning the issues listed above. I cant tell if this is a circus or a real estate company.

We currently bought apartment and this real estate agent appeared to be 2-faced. We felt like he doesn’t have passion towards his clients. We felt like he was only looking forward to signing, god-knows-what amount of money he’ll be getting. but after signing, it takes him so long to even reply, and never said sorry for late replies. He also had a lot of mistakes, 2 times we were given the wrong apartment, doesn’t even know his clients , and another time we were given wrong fees on the contract
