I had them do a pretty big project at my house. I had to replace the pipes (from pex to alupex), install a new inlet frame and install new pipes in the shower. They were quick to get to the site, several unforeseen issues arose during the work, but they solved it all with honor. I am very happy with them. Klaki himself came regularly and reviewed each phase of his work. I will have Klaki as my plumber from now on.
