Baldur and Kristberg sold my property in record time. They know the market very well, priced the property accordingly and it sold quickly. I was very happy with the sale. Quick to respond when I had questions and professional answers. Baldur is also a very skilled photographer, extremely happy with the photos he took as he managed to capture the atmosphere. Overall, I could not be happier with 450 Real Estate and will be contacting them in the future with any property purchases or sales.
As a buyer in my business I didn't think I was very worthy but the real estate agent's behavior was to say the least dishonest. The arrogance was overwhelming and he was mostly busy praising himself and insisting that he didn't make a mistake. It turned out to be particularly embarrassing for him as it turned out that he didn't know how to calculate stamp duty and had overcharged us. If you have the opportunity to look elsewhere I recommend it!
