Not recommended at all. The worst cooperation with agency although we had experience with many others. There is this guy Steinar that was super unprofessional and racists. Not keen on speaking English and not responding to emails or calls and delaying communications as the offer didn’t fit him. He waited with our offer to gather others and send all at last call, although we were first and only wanted to submit the offer and wait for counteroffer. Instead he didn’t respond for days and then he claimed our offer is just not enough after couple of reminders. Also providing the selling agreement at the very last moment before office closure without any feedback - not possible to sign with electronic id.Not explaining much and then saying the property was sold to sb else without any further explanation such as the buyer has sometime to finance and if not possible, he will let us know or the property will be back on market. We believe he did not submit our offer at all as it was missing some signatures and we wanted clarification before. Not replying again.
