Great service from start to finish!
We had a very bad experience with Hraunhamar when we purchased a property this spring. The process was unprofessional and we suffered financial losses due to mistakes that were not taken responsibility for. We experienced little respect and poor service from the owners when we tried to seek solutions. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Hraunhamar to others looking for a professional and reliable real estate agent.
Extremely unprofessional practices, from giving false information to outright lying to try to cover up their own incompetence. They managed to make the first purchase a nightmare filled with stress and discomfort and helped the sellers evade legal liability that will end up costing us hundreds of thousands at the very least.
Unprofessional work practices that caused unnecessary stress and on top of that they completely refused to admit to the mistakes they made. Got two stars because the salesman tried his best to help at his own expense, but the owner completely turned a blind eye and made some smokescreen about the mistakes. I will not trust them with my future real estate transactions.
