I absolutely loved my northern lights tour with Icelimo. Kel, our guide, was really nice, friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does. He took the time to explain everything, drove us away from the crowds and found the perfect spot to watch the lights dance in the sky. It was a magical experience and I highly recommend!!

Absolute disappointment. I was planning a trip for 15 VIP and I was told Ice limo is the best in Iceland. Well not so much or not at all: they missed every single instruction i gave, they arrived late and few guests had to take taxis back to hotel, driver was rude and uncourteous. He literally didnt show any remorse for his delay and mistakes. To top this unprofessionalism, no one bothered to call and apologize or try to fix it. They did not provide any appropriate briefing so we ended up roaming around not knowing where to meet them or how to get our transportation sorted. Advice: Do Not work with this company. I am a professional traveller accross the spectrum of luxury and ecotourism. I asked my agent to cancel all activity with them during our stay. Enough unprofessionalism, embarrasment and poor service.

We enjoyed a fabulous long weekend in Reykavik with Jon as our driver for most of the excursions and the airport transfers. The vehicles were very good and Jon was excellent - his insight, guidance and obvious passion for his beautiful island and customer service all combined to make this a trip that we'll remember for a long time. We've already decided we'll return to see long days of an Icelandic summer and we'll definitely use Icelimo again.

The full-day, Golden Circle tour with Jan was remarkable and memorable. He was engaging, knowledgeable and enjoyable. And he easily accommodated the two 80-year olds with us. The scenery and conversation were excellent. A very well-done tour.
