Terrible service and attitude from service representatives.
Bought 8 smoke detectors from them for tens of thousands. 6 out of 8 smoke detectors went off in the first 2 months after installation and in no case was there smoke in the apartment. Returned them all but they were not willing to refund and of course this was the first time this has happened, they had never heard of this problem before.... Poor interface. Poor service.

Terrible customer service. If you have to covid test, try to find a different company. If your situation changes they offer no flexibility.
