Highly recommended, the owner of this store has great principals and morals. The employee all say hi to me, they help with the service and all have great respect. i would highly recommend this place it was my first time in Iceland. what an amazing experience.
Fantastic
Been using their service for 3 years. Never let me down polite and qualified specialists. Usually takes time to get machines fixed but thats just market in Iceland when you need to ship everything.
Horrible experience. Went there to have a light switch connection repaired in an appliance. Took forever to fix and they charged ridiculous high price for a simple fix. For example they charged ISK. 1.600 for a new lightbulb that costs 175 in an appliance store next door.
Show up and look at dishwasher, tell us it needs a pump and will order, hears nothing for months and months, finally show up and tell us the pump doesn’t fit and we need a new washer, then bill us 20000. Absolute joke of a company and the dude that came to our house was rude both times.
