Good service
I had an absolutely terrible experience with the workshop at Rafland store. The customer service was appalling, and their pricing is beyond outrageous. There is zero transparency in their process—you have no idea what they’ve done to your equipment until you’re hit with an absurdly high bill. They don’t communicate or explain anything beforehand, leaving you completely in the dark. To make matters worse, the prices are insanely expensive, far above anything reasonable for the services they provide. It feels like they’re taking advantage of customers. Overall, this was an awful experience, and I would never recommend this workshop to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.
We were directed here to buy a cable from another retailer. Jon Peter was fabulous and couldn’t have been more helpful. I would recommend these guys every day of the week.
