I had a terrible experience at the hair salon this morning. A student was cutting my hair and clearly didn’t know what to do, so she had to consult a senior hairdresser who was impatient and rude. After the student spent a very long time brushing my hair and only trimmed a tiny bit from the top and one side, I asked if another hairdresser could fix it. The hairdresser then came over and asked, “What more do you want?” as if I had been making unreasonable demands. My hair was still uneven on both sides, and the hairdresser told me it was impossible to fix. Would have given negative scores if that was an option.

Excellent place with professional team. Even though the team is big (about 10 people) all of them have excellent hair! And they make miracles! The communication is pretty poor though as their phone is usually busy or no one answers and on fb they ask you to call them.
