I was given conflicting information several times. Additionally, there is no accessible staff support, no direct contact number, and communication requires going through a gym kiosk, which creates further barriers. Second, I am currently waiting for a refund from Kópavogur pool, And I do not know when that will happen. If you use app there is no English and if you have disability, you can't apply for it in the app. Horrible.
They don't give you the option to cancel your subscription and will charge you for another 2 months after you cancel your subscription.
Wonderful pool. The indoor pool is perfect for swimming practice. The outdoor pool has water jets that give a great massage. I go to the Rebook gym here all week and is a great place.
Music really loud most of time. Cleaning team shining by its absence. Old machine almost never cleaned or repaired. But it is really cosy. Customers are really nice. The employees from the swimming pool are so welcoming and try to help as much as they can.
