Tennishöllin next door has way better padel in terms of value for money, but the place looked nice.

Great place definitely better benches and deadlift areas than places like world class

Fantastic indoor tennis and padel facility. Reasonably priced. Not too busy. Great range of lessons available for all levels

This place seemed quite normal regarding facilities and equipment. Where they are abysmally lacking is the staff and service. No help was offered, and asking for help was really difficult because the response I got was monosyllabic at best. I would not recommend this place, there are many better gyms around the Reykjavik area.

Sport House (sporthusid) is a great gym. It's located near the Keflavik airport (5-10 minute drive toward the town of Keflavik), on an old US military base. The staff is great and they let visitors work out for a cheap fee, and/or they give you a free day pass. You rarely see that in the US. They have treadmills and StepMasters, machines, free weights, and a CrossFit room (you may have to be on the team to use it). Free parking (in case you rent a car and drive there yourself). They sell water and your basic fitness (caffeine) and protein drinks. Not sure if they have towels, so you probably should take one with you. It's open from 0600-2200 hours on weekdays. You can work out and then head to the Blue Lagoon, which is another 15-min drive, to relax. Highly recommended! Go Iceland!
