Almost always having trouble with the app. The craziness reached its peak when I couldn't deposit money from my daughters' savings into my account because the only self-service coin machine in Smáralind was broken. The cashier couldn't help me - pointed me to Siðurlandsbraut!

During my stay in Iceland, this was my bank. I enjoyed excellent service and customer care. I must mention Ms. Kolfinna Olafsdottir, who assisted me on several occasions, always kindly resolving my many questions. Her service was outstanding from the moment I opened my account until the day I returned to Spain. Thank you.
Very friendly. Came by with a new Kennitala and was able to open an account with my partner and also get an addon card setup. Very helpful. They were willing to setup the electronic ID as well, but we got that done earlier at Nova. Nice to have everything under one roof.
