I switched to credit card payments with “extra kronor” when TM introduced the new system. I have been a customer of TM for over 5 years and have always paid everything on time, until now. When the first payment did not go through, I contacted them and was told that there were problems with the new system. I took it as meaning that it would be fixed or the charge would be repeated. After that, I did not receive any clear notifications or confirmation. The next month, they tried to charge me again, but this time for a double fee without explaining or properly reporting it. That payment did not go through due to card restrictions. At this point, it was all very confusing – an SMS with no amount, no real follow-up, and they themselves have admitted to a problem with the system. Now I am being asked to pay the last two unpaid months (which I understand and is normal), plus the current month which is not even over, and on top of that, penalties. The billing department says that this is all entirely my responsibility. I am fully prepared to pay what I have to pay, but adding penalties under these circumstances simply does not seem fair to me. Very disappointing after 5 years as a loyal customer.
Be careful doing business with these scammers. They will call you and tell you, “you are getting extra money. Have you transferred it already?” When you ask if its coming from a former employer or what, they wont give you a straight answer. What they are really doing is selling you a pension fund, they wont tell you that tho.
These vultures have been calling me non-stop for 4 years and apparently blocking the phone number (which I had to do specifically just because of them) doesn't work because I just got my 2nd call from them in less than a week.
This is by far the best service I have had in terms of insurance. They are a company that sell you insurance from other companies, and they ensure you the best price and keep updating you about better services. When you have trouble with your car, let's say, they act as advisers for you, so you do not have to directly deal with the insurance companies themselves. Always good to have a company between you and the insurance company! Insurance companies are otherwise known for doing EVERYTHING just to NOT giving you the money you have insured.
