Location is not very central but also makes it quiet and all the major sightseeing locations are easily accessible by car. The feedback and help is quick because there are several administrators that help with questions.
Very good apartment!! strategic position.... But....You can't even smoke on the shared balcony, that's the only flaw.,,😀
We had been to these hotel so many times, the views are amazing when you get a room with views but the customer service recently had started to implement fees for early check in we had gotten in the past early check in with no issues but recently for even 1-2h earlier they will charge you if I remember right 45€ is not much but when is 1-2h left until check in and if the room is ready makes no sense I can wait and save the money if it was 5-7h in advance sure take my money but then, just have a bit of wiggle room for people who travel for so long and spend money staying at your hotel and let them get a bit earlier.
I am still posting my review even though the accommodation continues to request that it be removed. This place is completely disgusting. Check-in is automatic and there is no staff at the accommodation. We wrote to them about multiple problems with the accommodation and they never responded. The apartment was disgusting and they hadn't even bothered to make the bed. The walls were stained and damaged from being hit. The sofa was covered in stains and sticky marks. The bathroom was dirty. You can't use the hot water because it starts to smell like rotten eggs. Extremely noisy due to poor insulation. You can hear everything that happens in the hallways.
out of all the places we stayed, this one was my favorite, we had so much room! the easiest check in and check out. It had a full kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator and an amazing view. we were on the 6th floor and witnessed the Northern lights almost every night from our balcony. there is also a washer and dryer room on our floor. I truly enjoyed our stay in this location.
