Had Securitas install three smoke detectors. Ended up costing more than 700k kr after endless unsuccessful attempts by a technician to fix the control center and over 20k kr in parking fees for him when there is a parking garage 10 meters away that costs 200 kr per hour Nothing was heard of my complaints about the unreasonable price. Doing business with Securitas today is like having to deal with a government agency, not a private company (probably due to the lack of competition in the market). I have had to use your services for several other matters in the last few months and you have to endlessly monitor that the work you ask for is done and if you don't call in regularly to follow up after people do their work, you can be sure that nothing will happen and the work will be forgotten. Answers to simple questions then take weeks to arrive. I would rather recommend the security center that completes the work and you don't have to worry about anything.
I lost 2 max Books pro at the airplane. They write immediately and do everything that you get your things back. The service is 10/10! So happy!
I would like to mention that their lost & found team at the airport is doing an amazing job! Extremely professional, responsive and efficient. I don't know for their other branches but this deserves a five star without doubt.
