Washing machine repair was much faster than I expected.
Be careful if you buying something. We return what we bought and didn’t get a money back.
I bought ofnskuffa because shop assistant made me sure that it will fit to my oven. He said that if something will be wrong, I can return it. I paid by my credit card 11686kr on the 22nd of August. I went to home and the item wasn´t suitable to my oven. I returned it immediately. The same shop assistant took my personal data and receipt and informed that the money will be the next day on my account. Since this time, I have been at your shop at least 3 times and asked about my refund. I hear always from the same shop assistant that or the refund will be the next day, or that the accountant was on holidays, or it will be today. Until today I have no money, it is very difficult to reach them by phone, so I do not count how much gasoline and time I spent for driving to this shop and back. They do not answer the e-mail. I think that the normal process is to refund the many on the credit card when I returned the product. I do not belive that I will get my money back.
