I contacted this store for an estimate on glasses repairs so I could process the repairs through my insurance company. But if you bought glasses 👓 from another store, YOU WILL NOT BE SERVED HERE!!!!!!! The store must be too rich and doesn't need a potential customer. But we persisted and tried to resolve the issue at this store, and they told us this: My glasses had a broken temple, and I needed to replace it. They told me they needed to replace them in pairs. I agreed, but the man asked to see the receipt for the glasses. I showed him the receipt, but I don't think he needs a receipt to replace the temples through insurance. I explained to the male salesperson: the store estimates the cost of repairing the item and issues a corresponding document. I take this document to the insurance company, after which the funds for repairing my glasses are deposited into the store's account. They repair my glasses, and everyone goes home happy. The store gets the money, and I get decent glasses! Then he started telling me that my glasses are very old. What does the appearance of glasses have to do with repairs?!?!?!? Yes, I was a bit careless with my glasses, but that has nothing to do with repairs! To order temples, he needed the model number written on the glasses. The number was erased, but I found the model number online. Then the man insisted that to order temples, you need a special number that indicates the frame color. I'VE NEVER SEEN A BRAND LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE!!!! I started getting nervous because he didn't want to serve me. He even blamed me for my emotions. Of course, if you DON'T WANT TO WORK AND LOOK FOR A BUNCH OF EXCUSES TO PLACE AN ORDER, you can drive anyone crazy. I came here for a service I pay money for, and now I'm standing there trying to persuade him to do it for me!!!!!
