They sell real handmade Lopapeysa here, not a large selection but the real thing. Cashier was so kind and friendly too.

We were just visiting this place with foreign guests and the two staff members were extremely unwelcoming. My guest put it like this: "Their expression was as if they were thinking: What the hell are you doing in our shop?!"". I was very disappointed. Please do not work at a shop if you dislike people.

This store has no name, just “Craft Store” on the window. Really great selection of yarn from the EU; a mix of alpaca, acrylics, cotton, but no Icelandic wool. The yarns were on sale when I was there but unfortunately didn’t buy any as I had already stocked up on this trip! There were some other craft things and accessories, and they were also selling handmade Icelandic sweaters.

I also felt the woman at the cash was less than friendly. They also do not carry Icelandic wool, and when I asked about it the woman was very curt and touchy about it. Very good selection of Drops yarn though, and great buttons!

The store has a great selection of yarn, needles and other craft related items, that is 5 starts. HOWEVER, I do get poor service from the stores cashier every time I go there- it is as if she’s upset that she has to be there, been there a couple of times and each day it seems that she’s having a bad day...Also the store smells like cigarette smoke, as a non smoker it’s disgusting and I get light headed...do they smoke indoors? Love the items but not a very relaxing or welcoming place.
