Had an hour, between flights, to buy dish washer and fridge freezer and Rafha were brilliant. No pressure to look round and very helpful when I needed assistance. They also gave me a fantastic price and organised shipping. A super service!

I purchased a brand new Samsung washing machine about 5–6 months ago, and it has already started to malfunction. I contacted the salesperson regarding this issue more than a month ago, but unfortunately there has been no follow-up since then. (It is still on warranty) Not sure if they resell used item? This delay is very disappointing and reflects poorly on the after-sales service. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide a solution as soon as possible.

Good prices and guality items. I bought an oil-filled electric oven (space heater) there. They sent me an E-mail when it was ready for pick-up and all in all I was pleased with the staff. It was made in Belgium & seems to be a quality item. Yet it was even a bit cheaper than the Chinese ones that the "Big-Buy" stores sell. The store is a bit* hard to see, so use Google maps or something like that (preferably).

Really bad delivery service. I paid for home delivery for 8950kr, and got the text saying my order would be delivered on Thursday between 5pm to 9pm, but now it's late Friday night 21:50, and I still haven't received my order yet. I called them today in the noon, and they said that they did see my order was registered to be delivered on Thursday before 9pm, and probably the delivery guy forgot my order, and promised they would make sure I would get my stuff today, which apparently is not the case. If you are not ready for delivery, then just don't tell me you will deliver TODAY, and don't make any promises on that. They just wasted two days of my life and ruined all my plans. I will never ever buy anything from this company, it's literally not trust worthy.
