If you have to check ur score you pay 2000isk minimum. Wow.
incredibly misleading information on their site. does not deliver on time. I don't think customer service even read my emails.
Ridiculous.. hard working person paying bills always at the time but credit score sucks just because you're stupid a.i is stupid :/ that thing need to be replaced or just simply canceled and hire human beings to deal with it .. and people who works there that are not help at all ! Waste of money definitely and something that has to change !
I Helped a friend in a vulnerable position to deal with this company. Very strange, coldhearted responses, no will to consider arguments from both sides. After this experience I find it alarming and troubling that the Icelandic banks blindly trust their service. The FME should have a deep look into their models. As to my opinion there are obvious systematic flaws, that can cause undeserved troubles to credibility for normal hardworking people. The front desk staff could also improve their manners.
I wrote them 3 email asking different questions and for all 3 I got the same reply. The reply was an automatic message (Credit rating is a statistical model that evaluates the likelihood of default etc....), I can only imagine how many people received the same response from them, completely ill-mannered.
