Nice big warehouse and the staff are willing to help, but the organization is lacking, which is very important in a store of this size. Especially considering this is their only store in Iceland, it leaves a poor impression. The website also doesn’t match the actual in-store experience. There is often trash and pallets lying around whenever I visit. I give it a two star only because they have great deals and some good products otherwise 1 star

A store with merchandise. Unfortunately, there's no staff. Employees are walking around, and no one can or is unwilling to help. A disaster.

I’ve had consistently bad/rude customer service experiences from floor staff (when you can find them, that is) most of the times I have gone there -and these other reviews here validate that. I’ve left empty handed many times, either because an item that their website claims to be fully in stock is then said to be “not available” or “not possible to purchase”, or I’ve left just out of frustration that I can’t get assistance because everyone I ask is “not their department”, or they “don’t know” and I sit waiting at the call button forever…. Bauhaus Rvk you really have to do better at customer service. The girl working at the service desk in the front has been consistently nice, however -and I want to point out that after a floor staff member was rude to me, he was also very rude to her when she tried to ask him further about the item I was asking for.

Before buying product I asked employee about return policy. They answered that I have 1 year for that. After returning a product unused, they didn't wanted to make a Cashback because zip-tie securing product to cardboard was cuted. Instead they gave me a coupon which I can use in store.

Be aware! They do say they have products online but when you drive all the way there, especially from different town, it’s simply sold out. The super unhelpful staff tells you the website is not up to date. Is this a professional selling store or are we playing in kindergarten? I wish this could be some law that this absurd store is held accountable. Whatsoever THE STAFF. the blonde lady responsible for radiator department extremely useless and should be not working in such a place. If you ask her if the product is available here she says „I don’t know”. Is it not your responsibility to go and find it? Do I work at the store and know where you keep the stuff? When I ask for any similar product ( the one I needed it’s not in the store - the website says 7) the answer is „I don’t know details - it’s what you see”. Then what do you know?! Why are you working even there? And the other stuff says she can only provide information. Wow. This is an essence of customer service in this country.
