I have always gotten friendly service and knowledgeable staff to assist me when shopping here. Sometimes there is a slight waiting period until you can get service but it IS worth the wait in my opinion and in most of the cases. The quality of their inventory is very high and selection is decent. For tools, supplies and hardware this is one of the main go-to places in Iceland.
