Replaced the only decent Worldclass compound leg movement in Reykjavik (hip loaded hacksquat) and replaced it with the worse variant (spine loaded) for no reason other than aesthetic.
It’s a big gym full of machines. If you only use that it’s perfect. If you want to use weights, do some core/circle, stretching etc it’s horrible. I’ve been coming here irregurlarly for 7 years and those areas have not changed. It’s a good price if you also want to visit the swimming pool, otherwise very expensive. That you need your own locks to the locker room is also outdated. There are no elevators in sight so hard if you are in need of one.
The best and largest Gym I have ever been too, fantastic facilities, weight machines and cardio equipment. Impressive Only reason for it not to be 5 stars is that it’s not friendly for international people, staff didn’t speak English very well (surprising in Iceland) and day pass was very expensive (25 euro per person), but we still tried and it was worth it

Wonderful gym with every piece of equipment anybody needs. The staff were friendly. It was clean and spacious. The one attached to Laugar spa is amazing because you can workout and then shower and chill in the spa. I loved it and will definitely be coming back.
