Good service and professional quality
They were never around when they said they would. Then the rugs came back crusty and full of suds. I asked them to rinse the rugs out bc they were full of soap but the owner argued and said he'd keep the rugs instead which he did. They literally stole my rugs instead of rinsing them out.
Took a heavy, light-colored wool rug to them and it came home like new! The rug hadn't been cleaned in about 8 years and there was a huge green glittery smudge that had been stuck on it since my 9 year old daughter had her 4th birthday party 😵💫. Highly recommend Castus and I was also surprised at how reasonable the pricing was.
