I had a wonderful experience at the ISKstore (formerly Rumfatalagerinn) in IBillshöfdi Unnur, )the department manager, provided truly outstanding customer service. She helped me choose bedding with great care and attention, and even when the item was sold out, she went the extra mile and managed to find the very last set available. The price and quality were excellent, but what really stood out was her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. This is exactly the kind of service that makes you want to come back and recommend the store to others. I highly recommend this store, and if you have the chance, ask for Unnur — you will be in very good hands!!
I was shopping at JYSK (this branch) and encountered a racist staff member at the counter. When I reported the incident to the store’s manager, she took no meaningful action and there was no investigation, no accountability, and no concern shown. Because of this experience, I have chosen never to shop at JYSK again.
Good enough
Be advised! Single use products, that scream „Buy me!„ on the shelf. As an example- this is their dishes brush after a month of moderate usage. The quality is poor, even for chinese standarts of the 90s. I will never enter the shop again.
