Bad service, not reliable and not fair. They sent a contractor to do the checking but he did more than he should, including took my stuffs either him without notice. The insurance took no responsibility or whatsoever regarding this but foremost that contractor was supposed not to come the second time, let alone doing what he supposed not to! They say it was misunderstood between the insurance and the contractor that he was late to see the message, how lame is that? Not professional. They do more damage than fixing. They decided everything themselves, not involving you as their customer. Now after reading so many bad reviews from others and I can’t agree more.

Incident of February 2, 2024: a truck insured with TM hits 3 of my cars parked along the road. Police report prepared in 3 days. However, TM requires a dozen or so phone calls and several visits to the police to find the report and take up the case after more than 2 weeks. On February 15, I rent 3 cars. for my wife, for myself and for the company. First, TM refuses to pay for a car rental for the company because it has the same name. Then, after literally dozens of phone calls, I received information that a lawyer was investigating the case and was refusing to pay the full amount, finding it to be a fraud because someone from the car rental company had made a mistake and entered the wrong registration numbers. In the meantime, the rental company forced me to pay for 3 rented cars. Dear manager Elvar G, a ghostly man who is there but not there (because, as his co-workers claim, he "eats dinner" or "is in a meeting", even 4 days in a row, and then never calls back or replies to e-mails) . If you pay insurance at TM, it's great, everyone is nice and polite, they will give you a blanket and warm tea with cookies. If they have to give you your money back, you will be met with rudeness, ignorance, complete lack of respect and professionalism. I've been waiting for over half a year, and it looks like there won't be a case in court

Terrible costumer service. I'm either ignored or given non-answers. They won't tell me WHY I am not being compensated for a vehicle accident. Still trying to get ansver, but it is dreadfully slow.

For now only good service when getting a quote and later insurance itself for my car. Best price for me.

they ignoring dont answer to phone call now almost become one year they dont pay me for the car damages. now i have put them to the court .
