With a platinum card from Landsbankinn I should be a fully Insured, but it’s looks different, the company has not been responding to e-mails for a month and is completely ignoring the matter. If You sell insurance, respect your customers!

Worst experience with car insurance. Charging hidden fees. They don't tell of the fee until they charge you for it for a month. Overpriced. Making up costs and hide the under "OTHER COSTS" on the bill. Basically charging your for nothing as they don't specify what they are charging you for. Charging your probably for air in your tires. There are cheaper and better car insurance around. I checked all of them and all are cheaper then them. Do NOT insure your car here.

When resolving an insurance claim, employee named Eyþor was rude on the phone, and when I went to the company's office to meet him, he yelled and cursed at me in front of all the other people working there, and customers. Whatever he thought the reason for that behavior was, nothing excuses being this unproffesional. Avoid this place if you can, get your insurance somewhere else.
