They provide precisely the service they advertise, using competent employees that obviously know their trade and legal role. I personally love the portal that a homowner in a HOA can log into and immediately see all the uploaded documentation that is of interest to the HOA and it's owners. Properly audited bookeeping for your HOA as a service also offers external responsibility and a piece of mind to the homeowner that at least the books and important legally ambigous decisions are properly documented and accounted for in both monetary costs and homeowner stance as expressed in meetings.
They are good at creating invoices and projects, but when it comes to mistakes and follow-up, they disappear and charge for it. Disgraceful, do not recommend.
