There is no parking at the apartment! If you want to park near the apartment, you have to park in parking zones in Rekyavik. (Apartment 4) This is essentially a one room apartment. The door between the bedroom and living room can't be closed properly so light and sound pass through and you basically only have one room. No problem if you are two people, but for more, I recommend a different appartment. The walls have nails and screws standing out (from old paintings or picture I suppose) and the lamps are only light bulbs hanging from the ceiling. Also the wifi is trash; it doesn't work at times and when it does it is really slow. But, the location is really good and the apartment is clean and all the appliances work.

Very clean apartment, provided tea, and has towel heater. My only reason for giving this apt 3 stars is you can hear nightlife from downstairs/street level so light sleepers beware. Also, I had time to tour the city a bit more from check out time to when my bus left so I walked to the office (located off site) to hold my luggage and although online and in multiple emails stated they would be open, they were not. Therefore, I had carry large bag of luggage and a backpack around the city, in the rain- making my last day in Iceland miserable.

Judging from the other reviews, I would almost think I was in an another apartment. We had no one to contact except the office which were little help. There was a mix up with the keys and the unit smelled strongly of fish when we arrived. This is a separate site from the Luna Apartments site and this place is not pictured on it. Consequently renters would not know what the place looked like. It was a third floor narrow walk-up and an older person would not be able to climb the stairs especially with luggage. We were very disappointed.

Perfect location! Stayed 3 nights in Studio (Art House) in Feb 2017. Nice & clean apartment, but lack of ventilation due to no windows.

I stayed here back in November for a long weekend. The apartments were in a perfect central location and very clean and modern with all the amenities that we would need. The owner called ocean met us on our arrival and showed us around and explained how everything worked. He also gave us info on the local area and where was good to go for food and where to buy things. He asked us our itinerary and then gave us info on how to make the most of our trip. He showed us on the map where was good to go and view the northern lights. He also provide us with a phone to use the satnav so that we wouldn't be charged. One evening we were walking alone the Main Street and saw oven and he took the time to stop and ask how are trip was going. I would highly recommend the 37 apartment and am already planning to revisit
