He was incredibly flexible around our work schedules, thoroughly professional, and extremely helpful - offering great advice on machine care. Jody was an awesome. My machine stopped working on Saturday afternoon and Jody came out Monday. He fixed it within 5 minutes. I will absolutely be calling again for any other appliances that give me trouble.
