Horrendously bad customer service. After paying for a consultation, they came out dug up a section of my bed room floor to inspect, took 2 months to get them back to do measurements. Numerous texts and emails later asking as to when they may be back or to even price the job heard nothing. I am now left with a hole in the corner of my room which I must now fix on top of getting a damp issue sorted. As a tradie myself I can understand not wanting to take on a job but at least have the decency to respond to a message or phone call when you don't want to take on the job. Not a very professional company.

Jerry, Jhon and the DampRite team did an absolutely outstanding job insulating the wall in my kitchen and installing a new radiator huge vertical radiator (Jerry suggestion ) and rewiring as well. Jerry's project management skills are nothing short of exceptional, especially nowaday, where it can often feel like tradespeople don’t take you seriously or follow through. From the initial consultation to the final touches, Jerry ensured the project ran smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards. He communicated every step clearly, addressed all my concerns promptly, and delivered exactly what he promised. His attention to detail and dedication to quality are unmatched.
