As we're restoring a house that has not been lived in for some time and there were serious wood worm issues evident in the remaining furniture, getting someone in to assess and treat the key timbers such as roof joists and floors was both essential and urgent.<br>A phone call to Steve quickly resulted in a visit to assess the situation and within a week or so he had completed his work. He's a man who clearly knows his business, goes about it in a quiet and professional manner and is very prompt in terms of appointments and follow up. We were happy with both the price and his service and it was easy to see why he was recommended to us.
