We are very happy with our choice of Rationel Windows, Cork: The Regional Sales Manager Shane Hickey and his Team could not have been more helpful throughout the process which ran very smoothly. They held their word in every aspect whether on delivery or aftercare. Everyone we met was very friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. It was really a pleasure to deal with Rationel.

We are TOTALLY delighted with our new Rationel windows and doors from the Cork office. They are very stylish, very modern, and they ooze quality. They've made a big difference to heat retention and sound proofing, but they also just look really good. We went for an off-white colour (rather than the brilliant white or any of the fashionable colours) because we felt they just fit the style of the house and matched the colour of guttering etc perfectly, and we're very happy we did this, as much as we originally wanted to go for colour. The advice we got from the office was thorough and very good. The fitter's attention to detail was outstanding, in contrast to another company we had dealt with in the recent past for an extension. As expected, we had to get a plasterer to finish off the inside for most of the windows and doors, and they sealed/taped them properly. It took an extra day's work and was worth the extra cost. I'd never go vinyl again, which is neither as effective nor as sustainable as Aluclad. We feel it has been a really good investment too.

This is our 4th house, after using 2 different window companies previously. Rationel offer a far superior product. From concept through to install the service was excellent, great communication and efficient. Priced competitively, the windows are aesthetically really nice and the window mechanisms are very smooth. Really happy with our choice. Special mention to Aoife, for her patience, knowledgable input and help with design choices. She also worked well with our builder. The installation crew are really good. This makes a huge difference as other companies just 'lash' them in. They took great care and time with our installation. Would highly recommend Rationale Cork.

It took us a couple of trips to the showrooms in Cork and many emails to finally decide on colours and style of the windows. Aoife was always more than helpful and patient in advising and helping us to make a final decision. Thanks to Tony and Brendan for the final design of the replacement arched windows. We had the windows and front door fitted the beginning of January, as promised, and hats off to the fitters T.J, Thomas and Mark. They were a pleasure to have around. Fast and professional with attention to detail. Delighted with the final job.
