I got in touch with them because my hot water tank didn’t work. They called me that night and after I sent a few pictures they thought that the hot water tank clock broke. They came to my place the following day with a new clock, but after an inspection they found out that the tank just needed to be reset because it got overheated. They reset it by pushing a switch on the hot tank side. No new clock was installed.<br>I was charged €130 for that which I paid cash. Then I asked them to send me an invoice for what I had paid but they disappeared. Didn’t hear from them anymore.

Absolutely wonderful. We just moved into a house to discover our hob needed replacing. Sent a message via their contact form and got a call back the next day, which admittedly surprised me! Many businesses ignore their contact form.<br>As soon as we had the hob delivered, we called up to schedule and they were here within a few hours. They were fast with the installation, answered our questions about a few other things in the house, and were very direct and honest about what was feasible. Fair prices for the work done, too.<br>Brilliant service; we'll definitely call up again for future work when it's needed.<br><br>We were so elated to finally be able to cook a proper meal!
