Amidst a very stressful (and sometimes miserable) renovation project, dealing with Fintan at Munster Hardwood was a pleasure. Knowledgeable, professional, genuine; I felt very looked-after as a customer. The products they supply are a lifetime investment and I would be happy to go back to MHF for advice or with queries in future; service also seems to be provided with this longevity in mind. Norman and his team who installed the floors are also a family business and were excellent in terms of their skill, patience and attention to detail. Highly recommended all-round.
Fintan and his team in M.H.F were professional from our initial consultation, advising us on the quality of our product selection, pricing and value. Their timing and communication were seamless. The independent installation team recommended by Fintan, under the guidance of Norman, fitted our floors to an exceptional standard. Their craftsmanship and tidy workmanship was exceptional, in particular, Kyle. I have no hesitation in recommending both MHF and the selected installation team used on our project. Thank you. We had a fantastic experience with Munster Hardwood Flooring. The quality of the materials is excellent, and the customer service was truly first-class from start to finish. The fitting team was friendly, professional, and did a great job with the installation. A special thanks to Fintan, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made everything easy from the initial consultation to completion. We would happily recommend Munster Hardwood Flooring to anyone looking for high-quality flooring and outstanding service.
We first visited Munster Hardwood Flooring a year ago and from the very beginning we knew we would buy with Fintan. Service, quality, post costumer service incredibly attentive, could not fault anything. We are thrilled with our floors and forever grateful to the team at Munster Hardwood Flooring. Highly recommended!
Our experience with Munster Hardwood Flooring could not have been better. They had a great range to select from, and Fintan was most helpful in helping us decide which was best for us. He recommended an installer who was extremely professional and made sure everything was finished to perfection. I would highly recommend this company.
