This is a bit of a late review as we both (myself and wife) thought we’d already left one, but turns out we hadn’t.<br><br>We chose VIP Renovations for a big job on our house that is pretty old (c. 1835) , including a brand new upstairs bathroom with all new plumbing and piping. We also removed a large section of a supporting interior wall downstairs to open up our living space. Because of the width of the opening, it was quite a tricky and complex job, but the team handled it excellently.<br><br>With an older house like ours, there are always unknowns and potential issues, so it was a huge relief to have such a solid team managing everything. I honestly can’t imagine trying to coordinate separate contractors for all of this, it would have been a huge headache.<br><br>We ran into some electrical and internet issues along the way (likely do to how old houses can be a little tricky), but Ivan and the team stuck with it, fixed everything and made sure everything was good to go.<br><br>Communication was excellent the whole way through with Isa being a great point of contact. Kind, transparent, responsive and forthcoming with information when needed.<br><br>We will definitly use them again in the future if needed. We’ve already recommended VIP Renovations to a few people, especially for more involved projects. You’ll be in good hands.

Both Ivan and Isa are absolutely fantastic. They took the stress out of finding electricians, plumbers etc. They truly are a one stop shop. They are worth their weight in Gold.<br>Also the Communication is excellent via us and the guys. Nothing is too much trouble. They are at the end of the phone with any concerns you might have and respond with reassurance when necessary. Both of them are gifted with a visual eye for understanding what you want or need and translating that into designs and ideas that are divine. Lovely people to deal with, and super neat work. It was a 3 day install in our case, and in the evenings between their work you would hardly know anyone had been there they had cleaned up so well.<br><br>They were really through in their work and clearly care about getting things right. Really detailed approach.<br><br>Very happy with the end product too (MVHR system), it's really good and has made a big difference to our house. We got it to help dry out the bathrooms / damp corners, and it's done a mighty job with the improved ventilation.<br><br>But more so VIP renovations were brilliant, I would highly recommend them.

VIP Renovations crowd were supposed to do one job at my house but ended up doing loads more which worked out brilliant because we were under serious time pressure to finish the house. From the initial contact with Isa and appointment with Ivan everything went smoothly with no drama even when unexpected problems occurred, as they always do with an old house. There was never panic or exaggerating the problem that occurred, which often happened to me with other builders. Everything is dealt very professionally and to the best interests for the client. In few months of the works there was never an unanswered phone call, no awkwardness of chasing around to do the work, non of that with this crowd. If they said they'll be there than you can be 100% sure they will be which, for me, was such a big relief. All the lads that worked in the house ( Antonio, Pavel, Milivoj and one more lad helping sorry I forgot the name) were brilliant!!! Thanks very much guys and we'll see you again soon!

VIP came highly recommended by a friend and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The ask was to fit a bespoke built-in wardrobe in our bedroom.<br><br>They delivered beyond expectations, the communication was fluid and the attention to details is excellent.<br><br>I can't praise them enough 😀

As first time home owners who have bought a 100+ year old house, it's been a roller coaster experience for us in renovating the house. VIP Renovations were recommended to me by work colleagues and after working with them, we can definitely see why!<br><br>Isa, Ivan and the rest of the team were all professional and wonderful to deal with. Throughout the process, there was excellent communication from the start. All costs were clear and upfront and they made suggestions that would be within our budget.<br><br>We will 100% be in touch with them again for future works in our house when we have the budget for it. For now, it's been such a relief to have a completed kitchen and utility amongst the rest of the chaos of our house!

We had the pleasure of working with Ivan, Isa, and her team renovating our home. They were fantastic, understood our needs, kept excellent communication, and brought our ideas to life.<br><br>We renovated the whole ground floor, replaced tiles, moved radiators, designed the rooms, and selected new furniture. It was a very complex project as we were living in the house, but the team made sure to minimize all possible impacts (even playing with my dog when she would come down for a quick walk) and delivered our home just before Christmas.<br><br>We have been receiving plenty of compliments; the house is completely astonishing. Isa knew how to translate our style and preferences into a home with our signature in every single piece. I can finally say it feels like HOME. Thanks, folks, for all your hard work!
