VIP Renovations

This is a bit of a late review as we both (myself and wife) thought we’d already left one, but turns out we hadn’t. We chose VIP Renovations for a big job on our house that is pretty old (c. 1835) , including a brand new upstairs bathroom with all new plumbing and piping. We also removed a large section of a supporting interior wall downstairs to open up our living space. Because of the width of the opening, it was quite a tricky and complex job, but the team handled it excellently. With an older house like ours, there are always unknowns and potential issues, so it was a huge relief to have such a solid team managing everything. I honestly can’t imagine trying to coordinate separate contractors for all of this, it would have been a huge headache. We ran into some electrical and internet issues along the way (likely do to how old houses can be a little tricky), but Ivan and the team stuck with it, fixed everything and made sure everything was good to go. Communication was excellent the whole way through with Isa being a great point of contact. Kind, transparent, responsive and forthcoming with information when needed. We will definitly use them again in the future if needed. We’ve already recommended VIP Renovations to a few people, especially for more involved projects. You’ll be in good hands.

Both Ivan and Isa are absolutely fantastic. They took the stress out of finding electricians, plumbers etc. They truly are a one stop shop. They are worth their weight in Gold. Also the Communication is excellent via us and the guys. Nothing is too much trouble. They are at the end of the phone with any concerns you might have and respond with reassurance when necessary. Both of them are gifted with a visual eye for understanding what you want or need and translating that into designs and ideas that are divine. We had the pleasure of working with Ivan, Isa, and her team renovating our home. They were fantastic, understood our needs, kept excellent communication, and brought our ideas to life. We renovated the whole ground floor, replaced tiles, moved radiators, designed the rooms, and selected new furniture. It was a very complex project as we were living in the house, but the team made sure to minimize all possible impacts (even playing with my dog when she would come down for a quick walk) and delivered our home just before Christmas. We have been receiving plenty of compliments; the house is completely astonishing. Isa knew how to translate our style and preferences into a home with our signature in every single piece. I looked for some others providers, but Vip Renovation was the best in terms of accountability, transparency, negotiation and quality of service.
