AVOID AT ALL COSTS I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice before booking an end-of-tenancy deep clean. I paid for a full end-of-tenancy deep clean of my two-storey house, but only one cleaner was sent to complete the entire job. This was clearly an impossible task for one person. The cleaner appeared inexperienced, worked very slowly, and unfortunately the quality of the work was far below the standard I expected. Only part of the ground floor was cleaned, and even that was left with visible dust and dirt. The entire first floor was not cleaned at all because the cleaner had to leave for another booking before finishing the job. This service was completely different from what was advertised and what I paid for. An end-of-tenancy deep clean should leave a property spotless, but that was not my experience. I have requested a full refund as the service was incomplete and unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If you’re relying on a professional cleaning service for an end-of-tenancy clean, I would look elsewhere

I’m so happy with the deep clean service. The place looks spotless and smells amazing. They paid attention to all the little details and cleaned areas that are usually missed. Everything was left fresh, organised, and sparkling. Really professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend and will be using them again.

Edit to address their response: nobody asked me to inspect the job or did a handoff to me.. I also got no response to my complaint or follow up.. scam! Complete Waste of Money - €500 for Substandard Work I booked Effective Cleaning Services for a deep clean of my 4-bedroom house, paying for the 5-6 bedroom package to ensure extra time for a thorough move-in clean, plus additional charges for mould removal and oven cleaning. What I received was absolutely shocking and completely unacceptable for almost €500. The service breakdown included 4 cleaners for 3 hours, covering deep clean, mould removal, and oven cleaning for a property that desperately needed thorough attention . The kitchen was particularly disappointing. Inside cabinets were not cleaned despite being completely empty, and the oven cleaning was inadequate despite paying extra for this specific service. Basic kitchen cleaning standards were simply not met, which is unacceptable when you're paying premium prices for professional deep cleaning services . Throughout the rest of the house, the general cleaning failures were equally appalling. Cobwebs were left untouched in multiple areas, doors weren't cleaned at all, and dust remained clearly visible on top of doors and wardrobes. Even the living room couches weren't hoovered, which should be standard for any deep cleaning service, let alone one charging nearly €500 . The bathroom standards were perhaps the worst part of the entire experience. The ensuite bathroom appeared not even to have been wiped down, and all toilets remained dirty throughout the house. This is completely unacceptable for any cleaning service and represents a serious failure in basic hygiene standards that you'd expect from any professional cleaning company . What made this experience even more frustrating was the equipment and professionalism issues. The team arrived with very basic cleaning equipment at best, which was shocking considering the company charges premium prices and even required additional transportation fees for the mould treatment service. For a company positioning itself as professional cleaning experts, the lack of proper equipment was completely inadequate . After paying almost €500, I ended up spending an additional 10 hours cleaning the house myself, which completely defeats the purpose of hiring professionals in the first place. This represents terrible value for money and shows the house received nothing more than what can only be described as a "spit polish" rather than the comprehensive deep clean promised on their website and in their service descriptions. At the time, the superficial polish made it look clean, but as I moved in and started living in the house, I discovered just how filthy it really was underneath . I have submitted a complaint and am currently waiting for a response to my follow-up regarding these serious service failures. A reputable cleaning company should address such significant issues promptly, especially when customers have paid premium prices for substandard work . I absolutely would not recommend this service to anyone. Save your money and find a more reliable cleaning company that actually delivers on their promises. Other reviewers have mentioned similar problems with basic cleaning standards not being met, including floors left dirty, light switches remaining dirty, mirrors left streaked, and cobwebs left everywhere despite paying for deep cleaning services .

AVOID at all costs - I have had to now report to my bank and process a charge back of 260 euro even though they confirmed they would refund me. Awful company who send out completely unqualified cleaners, the only person with any decency was Kim the area manager. I would list out the absolute joke of a service we received but sufficed to say we are 260 euro down with not one proper clean being done. When I say AVOID I genuinely am trying to save anyone from the same headache I have had trying to get this sorted. Edit* you can see from the amazing response from this company exactly what kind of people they are. Three emails asking for an update and absolutely no response but put up a review and they respond within 30 mins. Just to clarify it wasn’t that I “didn’t like” the cleaner, she was not a cleaner !! As the videos sent to this awful company confirmed. If they can’t cover the area which is Bandon by the way ! Not some tiny village, why offer services there ?

Poor service would not recommend. I book their one bed house deep clean service as I only needed one bedroom/ensuite cleaned. All areas you would expect to be cleaned during a deep clean, like under the bed, cabinets, chairs etc... were not done. The corners of the shower still have grime and chrome trim look like they were not touched. The cleaning job was pretty much just a normal clean of wipe down common areas and hover a bit. Nothing was moved to be cleaned under. Fine if it was just a standard tidy up job but for a deep clean it is not worth the money. I was not asked by the cleaner or anyone else after the job if I was happy with it. In my opinion if they don't care enough to ask, then they are not going to care if I complain so I will just do the only thing I can and not use the service again. Edit: I should also mention that they send out emails after cleaning asking for 5 star reviews in exchange for 2 hours free cleaning. Make of that what you will. Also while their response to poor reviews is nice, there are no actions taken to resolve or reimburse the issues.
