Excellent service from start to finish. I made a mistake with my booking and wasn’t home for the first appointment, even so, they kindly rescheduled and were very understanding and professional. The technician arrived on time for the annual gas boiler service, kept me updated by message beforehand, and did an excellent job. Very reliable, friendly, and efficient. The communication was great and the quality of work was top-notch. Really appreciated the service and professionalism! highly recommended.
So efficient. Gave reminder day before, gave updates on when they’d be there in the morning. Said 9-11 and were 9.30 Friendly, fast. Got paper copy and email of cert and receipt. Paid online so no need for cash on the day. Highly recommended.
It was real pleasure to deal with Pat and Richie. They were very early to deal with. They not only serviced our boiler, but also gave some advise on how to make our plumbing system operate better.
