Kitchen World Cork

Patricia in the Cork showroom has been one of the loviest people we have meet along our journey of purchasing a home. Her knowledge, care and advise has made this journey much easier. Every visit with her was a delight and always included a laugh.<br>Thanks you so much Patricia.

Our kitchen was fitted 3 years ago and we were happy with it,but as our family grew we wanted to make some changes so we went back and were we unpleasanty surprised by the lady on the phone trying everything to not help us out, saying we don't do alterations,we have a different paint supplier,we don't have time free for an appointment, what you want can't be done,basically unbelievable rudnes and disrespect for customers after we left 11.000 euro for the kitchen, unbelievably Disappointmed, you will not get a dime from me again and I will share with everyone I know my horrible experience.

Not a great experience with Kitchen World Cork. Terrible customer care, I am often left without a reply to my emails. Bought my kitchen at the beginning of the year, the kitchen was fitted at the end of March and as soon as the fitters left I realised some cabinets were damaged. End of July and I’m still waiting for the job to be completed. Such a pity since the kitchen itself is really nice, however, would not recommend to anybody due to the negligence showed towards the customer. I understand there can be bumps in the road but I am disappointed and puzzled with their lack of attention and with the treatment received.

I would like to thank Shirley in Kitchenworld for her time, patience and helpful advice throughout the entire process. I truly felt that the kitchen mattered to her, she gave endless time, is warm and friendly and nothing was a problem. Calling in with tiles to match up with the units, giving me a door to take away, nothing was a bother. Shirley communicated every step of the way with revised drawings, suggestions, etc. I went to Kitchenworld after a negative experience with the local Cash N Carry. Where they were giving a very standard kitchen, Shirley gave me a kitchen with a more bespoke feel. I chose the taupe shaker kitchen.<br><br>I did pay significantly more for the final product and there is absolutely no negotiating with HQ in price but in the long run it was worth it. My kitchen is more ergonomically designed now for a busy family with a well used kitchen and includes ceiling height cabinets, a double pantry which was fitted into a tight, narrow space but is the highlight of my kitchen as is the breakfast counter with an abundance of preparation space. The storage space I have now is incredible and hard to believe it is the same kitchen.<br><br>The only downside was the length of time it takes to replace any damaged drawer fronts but that said it was just two drawers and no one would have noticed the minor flaw. Brian was the kitchen fitter and again, he was excellent. Making suggestions which I am so grateful I listened to.<br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Shirley in Kitchenworld.

I was wanting my kitchen to transformed into my dream place and that was the correct time when I had discovered Kitchen World in Cork. What a fantabulous design they gave me for my kitchen. I do give my special thanks and gratitude to Shirley, who designed my kitchen and absolutely made my dream come true. She is so excellent and approachable as she not only paid attention to each and every minute details I had wanted for my kitchen but also made my dream kitchen alive. A special thanks to Mariusz (Kitchen World fitter) who fitted my kitchen wonderfully. An ideal place for designing a perfect kitchen. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for a beautifully designed kitchen.

Very happy with my kitchen, Patricia is excellent to work with. Needed to make some adjustments after installation and the follow up service was excellent. Highly recommended.

We had a compact requirement for our kitchen. Maciek was a great help throughout the whole process. Had lots of time for us to go through everything and dealt with our changes as they came. Delighted with the end result. We damaged a door shortly after fitting and they were very helpful in arranging the replacement. The kitchen fitters were also efficient and easy to deal with.

Got our kitchen renovated recently by Kitchen World, and we are so thrilled with the result. The kitchen was designed by Patricia who created something we couldn’t have even dreamt of ourselves. After a meeting with Patricia, she designed a concept that not only met exactly what we needed but exceeded our expectations. It made perfect use of the space and makes the kitchen so much brighter with so much storage, and a modern clean look. She was great for advice and listened to what we wanted when we were picking out fixtures with her. Patricia was also accommodating with last minute questions and was so easy to work with. The fitter Chris was brilliant, he was tidy, professional and you could see he cared about doing the job right. Would highly recommend them for kitchen renovations, well worth it.
