Called these lads yesterday regarding a safe that needed to be opened in one of our premises on Washington street and I was told to WhatsApp pictures of the safe to that they know what they're dealing with and someone will get back to me asap as soon as the pictures come through only to be left waiting with no call. Had to call themselves twice after to check and see what was going on only to be told sorry won't have anyone today but will definitely have someone tomorrow to sort you out and again today I get no call nothing had to call them back myself only to be told by someone on the phone that unfortunately they're way too busy they 100% won't have anyone there or even tomorrow (Friday) as they're way too busy and over booked. As a business who was depending on this company to help us out and promised would do so only to let us down after waiting and waiting and now have to phone around and find someone else which is going to take even longer which is I'll affect us even more, this is not good for business at all and I would highly recommend staying away from this shambles of a business as they clearly don't communicate with eachother within the business and one person tells you one thing and then another fella tells you another. Very disappointed and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future especially if it's an emergency!
