Outstanding service — goes far beyond what you’d expect!<br><br>I cannot recommend Tony of ADM Security highly enough. I spotted their van at my neighbour’s house at 8:30pm on a Sunday evening — not a time you expect to get help! I asked if he could take a look at a faulty internal bathroom lock I’d been struggling to sort out that evening. Without hesitation, Tony agreed to come in straight away.<br><br>Amazingly, he had the exact replacement lock in stock in his van, fitted it quickly and neatly, and was so kind and helpful throughout. Tony also took the time to give me clear, sensible advice on improving the security of my external door — no hard sell, just honest guidance.<br><br>What really impressed me is that I didn’t even call him out specially; he was already nearby and still went out of his way to help. It’s rare to find such reliable, courteous service — especially on a Sunday night! I also noticed they do security cameras and other work, and I will definitely be using them again in future when upgrading my current system.<br><br>If you want someone trustworthy, skilled, and willing to go the extra mile, this is the company to call. 10/10 service — thank you so much!<br>Ber Cronin
Such lovely people! My dad has Alzheimer's but I didn't realise how bad it had gotten. Instead of calling home I rang my dad and explained 5 mins before Wally came to fix the door. I got my dad to write it down..... he asked Wally to fix the wrong door! 🙈🙈 When I started the call with Wally to ask why the wrong door was done, it was that second it hit me my dad had probably convinced Wally it was the other door 🙈🙈 Luckily once I realised and explained it was my fault, he was extremely kind and understanding, came back on the scorcher of a day we had (RIP Summer) and changed the new lock, returned the old lock and let me keep the new door lock my dad made him do! Really do appreciate the understanding of all the staff, I'm really sorry for the mix up again! Would recommend these guys 💯%
