Any questions or concerns I had were responded to almost instantly and the team were always happy to hop on a call at short notice. The advice they gave me on saving, what mortgage to choose and the loan amount were clearly explained to me and made application fly through the bank without any questions. The process was so good my solicitor even told me that she had rarely if ever seen no questions coming back from the bank on an application such was the high standard Veronica and her team meet.
