Excellent service, great communication very happy and would highly recommend.
Followed the 3 steps process, having rats in the attic, the guys were putting traps in the kitchen in backyard while explaining EXACTLY where they are… They can use smoke or camera to track and find out the entry point but these guys were just putting poison every where, after 4 weeks, the only « positif » thing is that one rat ate the poison, still having the issue now and NOTHING has changed… I am looking forward to find a better pest control company, be careful as this company looks like « buying » reviews in google, the algorithm is powerful so probably my paying a service for that as the first thing that’s pops up in google is them with 5 stars review, even if the service was perfect no one can get 5 stars for long time… Avoid at all cost !!! Totally useless and expensive !

I really didn’t mind the wasp nest outside all summer, but the situation very quickly got out of hand as in they were coming inside. Stephen was the first number I called and he arrived the next day and sorted everything out. Really professional and I really appreciated all following communication via text messages as I hate calls back and forth. Would 100% recommend.
