I highly recommend Complete Plumbing Solutions. As a first time single buyer. I purchased an older house which has presented many problems. Multiple contractors and electricians have let me down, but CPS have been a godsend. I had a huge leak in my kitchen. They took this very seriously and came out to me straight away. They stopped the active leak and advised that completely replumbing the house (new pipework, boiler, radiators, etc.) would be best. I knew this needed to be done but nonetheless it was a shock. They provided a very fair and clear quote, I booked the work in and got a loan. Jackie's communication from the office was excellent, always on hand to answer any queries or discuss times. The guys always arrived on time and I always felt informed about the progress throughout the process. Gutting an old house like that is a HUGE job, Joseph and the rest of the team were true professionals and completed the work to the highest standard in a great time, while also being very clean and organised throughout. I had no extra money for floors, etc so the lads managed to avoid going underground. An excellent plasterer, Niall, came in at the end to fix any exposed areas, replace the skirting beneath the rads, etc. I can't thank them all enough and I am so glad/relieved to know that if I have any plumbing issues in the furture, CPS will be there.

After a thorough inspection, he identified several serious installation defects, including flue integrity and condensate pipe issues that had been overlooked by a previous installer. Because the unit did not meet current RGI safety standards, he correctly advised that he could not carry out the service until these issues are rectified.<br>As I have a vulnerable adult and carers in my home, his diligence in prioritising our safety over simply finishing the job was incredibly reassuring. He was honest, thorough, and took the time to explain the regulations clearly. Just had work completed new gas boiler system and gas leak fixed to the highest of standards. couldn't say enough about this plumber.i had a few setbacks along the way and everytime I contacted them they went above and beyond to fix the problem also as a goodwill gesture sean came personally to fix my toilet .<br>.would highly recommend complete plumbing solutions.thanks for such a professional job.

Wouldn’t reccomend this company to anyone

Boiler had been serviced recently by a different company and was cutting out with an error. We thought it was related to UFH, but that company said "we don't do anything with UFH". Called CPS and they came out and looking at the boiler, straight away noticed things that should have been done in a regular service had not been done at all. CPS sorted out the boiler and it has been working with no errors since. Great service from CPS.
